Hanyoyin Haɗin Bututun PE

Ka'idoji na Gabaɗaya

 

Diamita na bututun CHUANGRONG PE ya kama daga mm 20 zuwa mm 1600, kuma akwai nau'ikan kayan aiki da yawa da ake da su ga abokan ciniki don zaɓa. Ana haɗa bututun PE ko kayan aikin ta hanyar haɗa zafi ko kayan aikin injina.
Ana iya haɗa bututun PE zuwa wasu bututun kayan ta hanyar amfani da kayan matsi, flanges, ko wasu nau'ikan kayan aikin canji na ƙwararru.
Kowace tayin tana da fa'idodi da ƙuntatawa na musamman ga kowane yanayi na shiga da mai amfani zai iya fuskanta. Ana ba da shawarar tuntuɓar masana'antun daban-daban don jagora kan aikace-aikace masu dacewa da salon da ake da su don shiga kamar yadda aka bayyana a cikin wannan takarda kamar haka.

 

Hanyoyin Haɗi

Akwai nau'ikan haɗin zafi da dama da ake amfani da su a yanzu a masana'antar: Butt, Saddle, da Socket Fusion. Bugu da ƙari, haɗin lantarki (EF) yana samuwa tare da haɗin EF na musamman da kayan haɗin sirdi.

Ka'idar haɗakar zafi ita ce a dumama saman biyu zuwa yanayin zafi da aka ƙayyade, sannan a haɗa su tare ta hanyar amfani da isasshen ƙarfi. Matakan Haɗa Butt

 

1. Dole ne a sanya bututun a cikin injin walda, sannan a tsaftace ƙarshensu da barasa mara zubarwa don cire duk datti, ƙura, danshi, da fina-finan mai daga yanki mai nisan kusan mm 70 daga ƙarshen kowane bututu, a fuskokin ciki da waje.

3. Ana dumama ƙarshen bututun PE ta hanyar haɗawa ƙarƙashin matsin lamba (P1) akan farantin dumama. Dole ne faranti masu dumama su kasance masu tsabta kuma ba su da gurɓatawa, kuma a kiyaye su a cikin kewayon zafin saman (210±5 ℃ ga PE80, 225±5 C ga PE100). Buttfusion

5. Sannan a haɗa ƙarshen bututun PE mai zafi a matse su daidai gwargwado zuwa ƙimar matsin lamba na walda (P4=P1). Sannan a ci gaba da wannan matsin lamba na ɗan lokaci don ba da damar aiwatar da walda ya faru, kuma haɗin da aka haɗa ya huce zuwa yanayin zafi na yanayi don haka ya samar da cikakken ƙarfin haɗin gwiwa. Haɗawar Soketi

Ga bututun PE da kayan haɗin da ke da ƙananan diamita (daga 20mm zuwa 63mm), haɗa socket wata hanya ce mai dacewa. Wannan dabarar ta ƙunshi dumama saman waje na ƙarshen bututun da kuma saman ciki na shigar da soket ɗin a lokaci guda har sai kayan ya kai ga zafin haɗakar da aka amince da shi, duba tsarin narkewar, saka ƙarshen bututun a cikin soket ɗin, sannan a riƙe shi a wurin har sai haɗin ya yi sanyi. Hoton da ke ƙasa yana nuna haɗin haɗa socket ɗin da ba na yau da kullun ba.

 

HAƊIN SOKE

Ana shafa abubuwan dumama ta hanyar PTFE, kuma dole ne a kiyaye su cikin tsafta kuma ba tare da gurɓatawa ba a kowane lokaci. Ana buƙatar a saita kayan aikin dumama kuma a daidaita su don kiyaye yanayin zafin saman da ya dace daga 240 C zuwa 260 ℃, wanda ya dogara da diamita na bututun. Ƙarfin wutar lantarki

A cikin haɗakar zafi ta al'ada, ana amfani da kayan aikin dumama don dumama bututu da saman dacewa. Ana dumama haɗin wutar lantarki a ciki, ko dai ta hanyar mai jagora a mahaɗin haɗin ko, kamar yadda yake a cikin ƙira ɗaya, ta hanyar polymer mai jagoranci.
